Cancellation Policy

•  Cancellation policy will be effective from the date of this confirmation. If cancelled or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
•  If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation Policy for The Swiss Residence Kandy

•  For cancellations and amendments the General Cancellation Policy of The Swiss Residence will be applicable.
•  All the special offers are non-refundable and non-amendable.
•  Failure to arrive at the hotel is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
•  Cancellation within 0-7 day will be charged 100%
•  Cancellations within 8-14 days will be charged 50%
•  Free Cancellation for those made prior to 14 days and more

However this policy will be defer for bookings made during the peak season specified by the hotel

•  Cancellations within 0-30 days will be charged 100%
•  Cancellations within 31-60 days will be charged 50%
•  Free cancellations for those made prior to 61 and more

Cancellation Policy for amended bookings

•  The cancellation policy will be applicable to the original date of arrival and not to the extended date of arrival. If the date of arrival is brought forward, the cancellation policy will be applicable to the original date of arrival.

Child policy

•  Children below 06 years of age - Stay free of charge using existing bedding and FOC meals when shearing with parents.
•  Children between 06 to 12 years of age – Stay free of charge using existing bedding and meals 50%

•  All reservations must be guaranteed by a Visa, Master, JCB or American Express Credit card.
•  The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival
